Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns if you are not completed satisfied with your order for any reason. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with the hygiene seal intact, tags attached, and in its original packaging. We will thoroughly inspect the items once received back, to identify any signs of wear. Any items with marks or stains will be returned to the customer and the refund will be rejected. Please ensure your items do not have any fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks on them and always try on over clean underwear! For hygiene reasons, our decision on any rejected returns is final.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. We do not currently offer free return postage. Returns are at the customers expense. We do not accept responsibility for the parcel until it has been received back to our office. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If your order is returned to us due to refusal of the package or unpaid customs fees, delivery costs and any customs charges incurred to us will be deducted from your refund once goods are received back in a satisfactory condition.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
